All Night Grad

Seniors (and parents!)  Don't forget to get your All Night Grad ticket!  They are still on sale for $80.  You can download the form from here and send the form in with your payment to the main office.  The All Night Grad committee is working hard to throw you the best celebration in honor of your great achievement!  Don't miss out on the all night party!

Parents, make sure to go to impressioninprint.com and order your Senior the senior sign!  What a great way to announce to your neighbors and family how proud you are of your senior graduating from our great school!  The sign is $25 dollars (plus a small shipping fee) and it is mailed directly to you!  It doesn't get better than that.  Oh, wait, but it does!  ANG receives $8 for each sign sold to help with the All Night Grad celebration.  So order yours today!

Cookies, cookies, cookies!  Students make sure you buy cookies!  ANG is selling cookies the weeks of March 16th, March 23rd and March 30th!  Go buy cookies and help support ANG!

Parents,  as we near the end of this school year, ANG would love to have your help!  We still have lots to do and as Mr. Harris has said many times, "many hands make light work!"  Please join us for our next ANG meeting on Tuesday, April 14th at 7 pm in the library.  You don't have to be a senior parent to be involved.

Kempsville High College Visits

Many colleges and universities will be sending representatives to Kempsville High School and we welcome students to come meet with as many of the admissions counselors as they would like. However, they will need to place their name(s) on the sign up sheets in the "college visit" binder in the guidance department. Students should sign up at least 24 hours prior to the arrival of the specific admissions counselor that they would like to meet with. On the day of the visits, passes will be distributed to the students allowing them to come to our department for the informational sessions with the requested colleges or universities.

Please visit the guidance office for more information.

Parking Permits

Parking Pass Parking privileges are available to all students with a verified Virginia Driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance. The school or the School Division accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles while on school property. Parking applications may be picked up in the main office and also are available on Kempsville's web site by clicking HERE. Cost of a parking permit is $40.00 by cash only. Students without a valid parking decal may not park on school grounds. Reserved spaces for faculty members are clearly marked, and students may not use those spaces. Any student in violation of these parking regulations will have his or her car retained on school premises and subject to a monetary fine of $35.00. Here you will find the first of what will hopefully become a long history of Kempsville High School students' stories. Welcome to our first recording in the new series, Chief Tales.
